Davies today announces the acquisition of TopMark Claims Management Limited (trading as TMS). Based in Glasgow, TMS specialises in property and casualty public sector claims, serving a portfolio of clients including some of the largest local and central government organisations in the UK.
The deal marks Davies’ first of 2019, following the acquisition of Veriphy in October 2018. TMS will set the foundation of Davies Public Sector within the Davies Claims Solutions business. Managing Director Stephanie Staubach will continue to lead the business and will report to Lesley Johnson, Managing Director of Davies Casualty.
Following the deal, Davies boasts a team of more than 1,700 professionals delivering core operations, digital solutions and consulting to more than 400 insurance, highly regulated and global businesses, from its command centres across the UK, Ireland, Bermuda and North America.
